Hank’s is a Kaka’ako Restaurant that got it’s start a few years back and one of the homies, JMAW, that works with us here at 434 Tattoo, our Waikiki Tattoo Shop, introduced us to the concept and Tattoo Adam went to check it out!
From Reindeer Sausage to Chicago Italian Beef Sandwiches (pictured below), the Honolulu restaurant, which is known for the famous Chicago style hot dog, presents a unique and fun take on food. “I was their first employee and even after I left, I kept going back for more and more!” JMAW said. Note: The homie, JMAW, is a weird one, from Haute Dogs to Politics to Psychics and Tattoos.
Even Tattooist Andy Burley enjoyed the Honolulu Hot dogs, and if Andy likes it, it’s gotta be good because he is a self-professed “picky eater.”
