The New York Daily News posted a story of a woman who let herself get a Face Tattoo of her boyfriend’s name… less than 24 hours after they met. The Tattoo Artist Rousian Toumaniantz who did this, was in trouble a few years back in Belgium for tattooing the face of a sleeping woman.
He had to flee Belgium after that incident…
And on the West Coast…
