Hawaii Tattoo: Private Tattoos

With close to twenty years of experience deep into the tattoo game, Tattoo Adam has seen and heard just about everything from gypsies to being able to say he was Mike Tyson’s Tattooist.  You know, owning the Best Honolulu Tattoo Studio doesn’t come without its seemingly random occurrences and splash.  And then there’s the weird…

Last year another Hawaii tattooist rolled in and wanted the U-Down Logo tattooed on his junk (aka Penis Tattoo).  Why someone would get tattooed down there, is kind of beyond us.  We haven’t done it at our Waikiki Tattoo shop, 434 Tattoo, and referred the obvious to the Dude who asked above: why not ask a Lady Tattooist to do it?

One Iranian man literally found out the “hard way” about some of the things that happen, when um, you tattoo your thing…

The Huffington Post reported today that a gentlemen went ahead and got a tattoo down there and ended up with a permanent erection!  While Viagara won’t be in his near future, the guy’s gotta be wondering what he’s done.

Which leads to our PSA of the day: Tattoos are for life, that is important for people to remember.  It’s one thing to not put thought into what you’re getting and it’s another to ink something in a place that isn’t well thought out.  While this seems to be an isolated incident in regards to that region, we really do hope people consider things before getting inked.  We love to tattoo but we also want you to have something lasting that you will love for life!

New Year! New Tattoo!

Greetings Tattoolings!!!

Happy New Year from your favorite Honolulu tattoo shop, your friendly neighborhood Waikiki tattoo parlor, the one, the only, 434 Tattoo!!!

Okay, all the hoopla aside.  It’s time for you, yes you looking back from the cell-phone display or the computer monitor or over your friend’s shoulder at one of the two aforementioned what-you-know-about-that, to get your custom tattoo.

And what better way to kick off a brand new year than with a new design?

Motorcycles, Hawaii Tattoos, & Hot Dogs in Honolulu!

We brought you some info about tattoos & motorcycles in Hawaii, we’ve gone over the hills, through the woods, and into the jungles, and recently, we’ve been gone out hunting for something to eat.  We weren’t just rustling up anything mind you, we wanted something different, something fun, something Haute…

Hank’s Haute Dogs!

Hank’s is a Kaka’ako Restaurant that got it’s start a few years back and one of the homies, JMAW, that works with us here at 434 Tattoo, our Waikiki Tattoo Shop, introduced us to the concept and Tattoo Adam went to check it out!

From Reindeer Sausage to Chicago Italian Beef Sandwiches (pictured below), the Honolulu restaurant, which is known for the famous Chicago style hot dog, presents a unique and fun take on food. “I was their first employee and even after I left, I kept going back for more and more!” JMAW said.  Note: The homie, JMAW, is a weird one, from Haute Dogs to Politics to Psychics and Tattoos. 

Even Tattooist Andy Burley enjoyed the Honolulu Hot dogs, and if Andy likes it, it’s gotta be good because he is a self-professed “picky eater.”
