TATTOO ADAM: So this military dude tells me about his first custom tattoo in Hawaii.  He told all his buddies on the ship that he was going to get a tattoo, didn’t care what, why, when, how.  So he went to Mike Nash and tells him the same thing.  Nash starts working on him and the client decides to look down and finds…

These pics from this past weekend’s Center Stage event featuring 434 Tattoo‘s own Tattoo Adam and Marko Livingston.  Our tattooists are known for their artwork gracing the bodies of clients but on this occasion, they had the chance to share another side of their artistry with some painted work on display and for sale at the event and we also feature a few pieces up in our Honolulu Tattoo Parlor.  We also have some of these pieces for sale in the shop as well as our 434 t-shirts and other merchandise.

Mike Tyson Roasted

“You look like you get a slutty lower back tattoo… on your face.” ~ Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen

The above quote was made about Mike Tyson by another one of the Roaster’s during Comedy Central’s Roast of Charlie Sheen.  Tattoo Adam didn’t put that tattoo on the former boxing world champion, but he did put Tyson’s Tiger Tattoo on his arm.

Aloha and welcome to 434 Tattoo, our Honolulu Tattoo Shop located in the heart of Waikiki, Hawaii.  I guess that makes us a Waikiki Tattoo Shop then too, wouldn’t it?  Well, either we we are at 434 Ena Rd. and whatever you choose to label us as, the main thing is that you know that we are here to serve you!

Speaking of service, with the ship in town, our men and women in the military have been in and out getting their work done before heading back out.  These warriors are also warriors at getting ink, oftentimes getting more than one piece done in a day.  And not just a souvenir tattoo, we’re talking custom tattoo pieces that cover half the back, an arm, you name it, they want to get it done.  Amazing multiple hour pieces that would have made Sailor Jerry proud!

The 434 Tattoo Crew would like to thank all our servicemen and women for their commitment and jobs, as well as all of our customers because we’re all our warriors in many ways who brave the battlefields of life together.

Wow, that sounds kinda spiritual or something, huh?  That reminds us of a story…

Great News in Hawaii

We have some great news about happenings this week in Hawaii.  First up, our custom tattoo artists, Tattoo Adam and Marko Livingston, will have their artwork featured at the Center Stage Stage Art Show.  Be sure to check it out and get your own painting to adorn the walls from your favorite tattooists.

We also have this breaking news and are ready to report that our Weezy Forecast predicts without a doubt that a Category Massive Level event will hit as the flow of Lil Wayne touches down with Weezy’s 2011 Hawaii Concert on Sept. 24.  If you haven’t copped a ticket, don’t worry, you can check out the radio stations because it sounds like those fools copped them all and are giving them away like grains of rice.

And maybe the greatest news of all: I just got a call from GEICO and saved money on auto insurance.  Nah, just joke, we know that ain’t new, but the Gecko is kinda cool.

And while this blog didn’t focus too much on it, we also tattoo people.  So what are you waiting for?  Duh, nothing!  Come on down to our Waikiki Tattoo Parlor, the happiest place on Earth and throughout the galaxy, 434 Tattoo.
